Conner graduated from Dixie State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting in May of 2013. Conner was born and raised in St. George, Utah and loves everything about his hometown. His ancestors have been here since the 1860’s and in fact settled a place named Atkinville, which is an area now better known as the Sun River development in the Bloomington area. His wife, Natalie Belka, also has Ancestors that settled this area and one of them, Warren Cox, owned the first automobile in St. George, Utah. Conner’s drive and passion for family and business is what motivates him to achieve and seek after his dreams. He believes that this quality has been passed down from generation to generation, for that is the way his ancestors have been.
Conner’s father, Brent, was also an entrepreneur in the cattle ranching business here in Southern Utah. Conner learned how to work hard and be financially proactive through his experiences with and example of his father. Brent was tragically killed in 1998 when he was driving home from the Arizona Strip where the ranch is located. Since that experience and many others Conner never takes any day for granted. He knows that life is a gift, people, even acquaintances are a blessing, and that you should strive to live everyday to the fullest.
